Please read carefully before purchasing tickets or attending any event or class.

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all social dance parties and classes (no online services) operated by London City Dancers LTD ("we", "us").
2. Eligibility and Admissions
- Minimum age is 18. A legal guardian may bring an under‑18 attendee and remains responsible for them at all times.
- Alcohol may be sold only where the venue is legally licensed; local licensing rules apply.
- Do not attend if you are ill with a transmissible disease. You must be physically fit to participate in dancing.
- You agree to follow all venue rules and instructions from our staff and instructors. We may refuse entry or remove any person who is disruptive, disrespectful to attendees or staff, or inebriated.
3. Tickets, Pricing, and Payments
- Tickets are sold via our website and, where available, in person (card or cash).
- Tickets are transferable to another person but otherwise non‑refundable, except if we cancel or materially change an event, or if the attendee becomes sick.
- Prices may change at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts may be subject to additional terms.
- Merchant of record for online payments is Stripe. Chargeback or payment disputes may result in ticket cancellation.
4. Scheduling and Changes
- We may change instructors, venues, and schedules. If we cancel, we will offer a refund or credit in line with Section 3.
5. Conduct, Safety, and Partner Dance Etiquette
- Respect, consent, and boundaries are required in all interactions and partner dancing.
- Instructional touch may occur where appropriate and professional; communicate consent or objections clearly.
6. Assumption of Risk and Personal Property
Dancing involves inherent physical risks. By attending, you understand and accept those risks. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to events.
7. Independent Instructors and Third Parties
Some instructors are independent contractors. We are not liable for their acts or omissions. Venues and other third parties have their own rules and responsibilities.
8. Photography, Video, and Marketing
- Events may be photographed or filmed. You grant us permission to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes in any media.
- You may request that photos or videos featuring you not be published; we will use reasonable efforts to honor such requests prospectively.
9. Website, Privacy, and Cookies
Your use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated by reference. By using the site, you consent to our use of cookies as described therein.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather, transport disruptions, or public health emergencies.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. General
- Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

- Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time.
- Updates: We may update these terms; continued attendance or site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
